During her reign, Sanada successfully defended the Future of Stardom Championship three times against Ruaka, Mai Sakurai, and Lady C respectively. She entered in the 2022 Goddesses of Stardom Tag League along with her mother once again, where they competed in the Red Goddesses block. They finished on six points following victories over Mai Fair Lady, Mafia Bella, and We Love Tokyo Sports, and losses to AphroditE, KARATE BRAVE, Black Desire, and meltear.At the start of 2023, Sanada entered the inaugural Triangle Derby with Iwatani and Momo Kohgo, but they would finish with a very poor record of only one win across their seven matches, placing at the very bottom of the Triangle Red block.On April 23rd, 2023, at All Star Grand Queendom, Sanada teamed up with her mother once again and won the Goddesses of Stardom Championship by defeating 7Upp, making her a double champion. At New Blood 8 on May 12th, however, she went on to lose the Future of Stardom Championship to Rina, ending her reign after 205 days. At STARDOM Sunshine on June 25th, Sanada and Iwatani lost the Goddesses of Stardom Championship to the duo of Nanako Kawara and Harumi Ozaki, ending their reign after just 63 days.Sanada entered into the 2023 5★STAR Grand Prix in the Blue Stars block for the second year in a row, where she finished on 8 points following victories over Starlight Kid, Natsupoi, Syuri, and a forfeit victory over Saya Kamitani, as well as losses to Natsuko Tora, Hazuki, Mayu Iwatani, Tam Nakano, and Suzu Suzuki — failing to advance from the group stage.She entered into her third and final Goddesses of Stardom Tag League starting on October 15th, teaming alongside her mother once again. They competed in the Blue Goddess block, where they would win four out of their six matches, finishing on eight points in second place, failing to advance from the block stage.Leading into the new year, Sakura Sanada came into contention for Aimee Leota's Ring of Honor Women's World Championship, which was set to be defended at STARDOM's Ittenyon Stardom Gate event on January 4th, 2024. The match would eventually become a three-way affair also featuring Kuro Chinmoku. The night ahead of the match, Sakura also competed in the second Triangle Derby, teaming alongside Mayu Iwatani and Hanan where they were ousted in the first round by Oedo Tai.Leota retained her championship by defeating Sanada at Ittenyon Stardom Gate, though they would develop a close friendship and bond after her defeat. In the weeks that followed, Sakura became set on winning another singles title in STARDOM following her near-taste of championship gold. She issued a challenge to Giulia for the title, which took place on February 17th in Korakuen Hall, where Sanada came up short against the champion.After the loss, Sanada entered into that year's Cinderella Tournament, where she defeated Yuna Mizumori in the opening round, as well as Mei Seira in the second round, and AZM in the quarterfinals. She was ultimately ousted in the Semifinals of the tournament by the eventual winner and her fellow STARS member, Hanan.Following the tournament, Sakura revealed that she would be graduating from STARDOM and having her final match with the promotion on April 27th at All Star Grand Queendom, for which she nominated to have one last singles match with her mother. It was soon revealed that Sakura's departure was due to her signing with WWE and planning to move to the United States of America.Sanada's final match as a member of the STARDOM roster took place at All Star Grand Queendom, where she was defeated by her mother. The two shared an emotional goodbye, and she wished her daughter the best of luck overseas.      WWE NXT (2024) :       At WWE NXT's Stand & Deliver premium live event on April 6th, 2024, it was revealed that WWE had signed both Sakura and Seiwa Sanada to developmental contracts, and they would be set to make their debuts in the near future.After she had finished up in Japan and moved to the United States along with her brother, a series of vignettes hyping the debut of Sakura Sanada began to air, starting on the May 7th edition of WWE NXT. She made her in-ring debut on the May 28th edition of NXT just three weeks later, where she defeated Carlee Bright in impressive fashion.The following week, Sanada was interviewed backstage but before she could say anything, she was confronted by Jacy Jayne. Jayne challenged the newcomer to a match on the June 11th edition of NXT, where Sanada once again emerged victorious. Following the match, she cut her first promo in NXT where she called her shot to be the first challenger for the NXT Women's North American Championship, won by Zoey Wolfe over the weekend.The next week during an in-ring promo from the champion, Sakura confronted her and called her shot to Zoey's face — though Zoey refused the challenge until Sakura had earned it and raised her stock in NXT. She received her opportunity to do so on the June 25th episode of NXT, where she defeated Arianna Grace in a #1 Contenders Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship to earn her shot at the title.Sakura and Wolfe met in a backstage segment the following week, where Wolfe disrespected her challenger and made it clear that she didn't see her as a threat to her title, just a mere flash in the pan. Their match took place at NXT Heatwave on July 7th, where Sanada was defeated by the champion. Following her loss, Sakura felt a modicum of self-doubt from Wolfe's comments, which were only further enforced by the reigning champion.Despite her loss, Sanada kept her head on her shoulders and built her momentum back up with a win over Izzi Dame on the July 16th edition of NXT. Two weeks later on Night 1 of The Great American Bash, it was made official by the NXT General Manager, Ava, that Sanada would get a second chance at the title against Wolfe the following week, though she unfortunately came up short against her a second time.On the August 13th edition of NXT, Sanada got back to her winning ways with a victory over Brinley Reece, though she would eat another loss two weeks later to Karmen Petrovic, marking her first non-title defeat since arriving in WWE.That same week, Sakura made her first appearance on WWE's main roster on the August 29th edition of Main Event, where she was defeated by Lyra Valkyria. She then had her final match in NXT on the September 6th edition of Level Up, where she was victorious over Layla Diggs.      WWE MAIN ROSTER (2024–PRESENT) :       Sakura Sanada made a shocking appearance at WWE's Bad Blood premium live event, as she appeared in a hoodie to attack Rhea Ripley during her challenge for the WWE Women's World Championship against Sanada's former rival, Zoey Wolfe — ultimately allowing Wolfe to score the victory.Sanada made her official first appearance on the main roster the following Monday, where Zoey Wolfe revealed that herself and Sakura had patched up their issues, and she had personally selected Sanada to be her "massive heater", marking her unofficial affiliation with The Judgment Day. The two teamed up for the first time that same night, competing against Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton as they wrestled to a no contest.Sakura continued to double as a bodyguard and tag team partner for Zoey over the following weeks as she was further entangled in her feud with Rhea Ripley as well as her upcoming challenger, IYO SKY. This included a tag team match against IYO SKY and Kairi Sane on the October 21st edition of Monday Night RAW, which resulted in defeat for the duo following a miscommunication with the other Judgment Day members.Sakura, however, did her job well as Zoey's enforcer, assisting her in scoring a victory over Tiffany Stratton on the October 25th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, as well as helping her defeat Nia Jax at Crown Jewel to become the inaugural Women's Crown Jewel Champion.The duo rode their momentum into issuing a bold challenge to Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill, seeking a match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. The match took place the following Monday, where another miscommunication with The Judgment Day would lead to Cargill pinning Sakura and retaining their titles. Things would ultimately lead into the women's War Games match at Survivor Series on November 30th, where Sakura teamed alongside Zoey, as well as Candice LeRae, Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton against Bayley, Bianca Belair, IYO SKY, Naomi and Rhea Ripley, where Ripley defeated the Women's World Champion to score victory for her team.Despite the loss and the impending right-to-challenge from Ripley, Sakura and Zoey rebounded positively with their first win as a tag team that Monday, where they defeated IYO SKY and Kairi Sane in tag team action. The very next week, Sakura helped her partner score another singles win over Dakota Kai in non-title action, before she would have her own singles debut on the main roster in an Anything Goes match against Ripley, where she was defeated despite Wolfe's best efforts to help her out.Feeling the effects from the war with Ripley, Sanada was absent for Zoey's defence against IYO SKY at Saturday Night's Main Event that weekend on December 14th, but Wolfe picked up the victory for herself nonetheless. Sakura recovered just in time to compete in the opening round of the Women's Intercontinental Title Tournament, where Zoey Stark pinned Kayden Carter to advance from the three-way qualifier.After months of animosity, the feud between Wolfe and Ripley came to a head at the RAW Netflix Premier on January 6th, where despite Sakura and The Judgment Day's best efforts, Rhea defeated the champion to end her reign. The same night, Zoey had a backstage meltdown where she declared that herself and Sakura were out of The Judgment Day until they "got their shit together".Now disconnected from The Judgment Day, the duo of Sakura and Zoey picked up their first bit of momentum on the January 27th edition of RAW with a tag team victory over Bianca Belair and Naomi. Zoey had set her sights on winning the Royal Rumble to get back to her Women's World Championship, which Sanada set out to help her achieve. This got off to an unfortunate start as Zoey entered into the match at #2, but managed to last the second longest out of everyone, eventually meeting up with Sakura when she entered at #26. However, Sakura only lasted roughly fifteen minutes before being eliminated by Nia Jax, and Wolfe ultimately failed to win the match as she was also eliminated by Jax moments later.The following Monday, Wolfe successfully qualified for the Women's Elimination Chamber match with a victory over IYO SKY, following some assistance from Sanada. SKY and Dakota Kai were able to exact some revenge the week after with victory over Wolfe and Sanada in tag team action, before Sakura had her own shot at entering the Women's Elimination Chamber on February 17th, where she was defeated by Roxanne Perez.Next week, however, Sakura and Zoey challenged Bianca Belair & Naomi for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship again, where they emerged victorious over the duo and captured the titles for the first time. On the February 28th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, the newly-crowned pair teamed up with Roxanne Perez to defeat Bayley, Bianca Belair, and Naomi just one day before the Elimination Chamber, though Zoey was unable to ride the momentum into victory in the Elimination Chamber match.On the March 10th edition of Monday Night RAW, Sakura Sanada defeated Bayley with assitance from Zoey Wolfe to earn #1 Contendership for the Women's Intercontinental Championship. She challenged Lyra Valkyria for the title the following Monday, though she would come up short when Bayley evened the odds against Zoey and allowed Lyra to capitalize with a roll-up. The rivalry continued into WrestleMania, but a premeditated attack from Zoey and Sakura the day before took Bayley out of action. Valkyria enlisted the help of Becky Lynch against them that evening instead, and the Irish duo defeated them to bring an end to their reign after 55 days.The very next night, Sakura and Zoey enacted their rematch clause against Lyra and Lynch, in which they emerged victorious and regained the titles after a one day absence. They made their first defence the very next night on NXT against a pair of former champions in Alex Blackwell & Quinn Barlow.The champions were out of action for roughly a month following their retain, due to outside obligations for Zoey Wolfe. When Zoey returned to action on the May 26th edition of Monday Night RAW, Sanada accompanied her but was unable to assist her as she was defeated by Kairi Sane. The very next week, Sakura hoped to enact revenge on Sane, but was also defeated by her, while Zoey failed to qualify for the Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match that same night.Despite the setback, Sakura looked to help Zoey advance in the Queen of the Ring tournament the very next week, though she wound up engaging in a brawl with Rhea Ripley that allowed for Roxanne Perez to capitalize instead of Wolfe in the four-way opening round match. Sanada was unsuccessful in her own first-round match the following week, but would go on to the Night of Champions Premium Live Event to face Rhea Ripley in a Riyadh Boulevard Street Fight, where Ripley emerged victorious.Following her loss, Sakura and Wolfe were slated to defend their WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at the upcoming Evolution event in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match. At the event on July 13th, they successfully defended the titles against the teams of Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair, Sol Ruca & Zaria, and The Kabuki Warriors. The following night, they also defeated The Kabuki Warriors in non-title action, before entering into a feud with Bliss and Flair.Sakura competed that Friday against Charlotte Flair in singles action, where the champion was defeated. They went on to make a successful second defence of their titles against the duo of Lyra Valkyria and Bayley the following Monday, before Sanada assisted Wolfe in defeating Alexa Bliss in singles action that Friday on SmackDown.The mixed results led into a title match at SummerSlam, where Sanada and Wolfe's second reign was ended after 103 days when they faced defeated to the duo of Flair & Bliss. They faced off in a rematch the following Monday, but this time were defeated again, failing to recapture the titles.The following week, Sanada accompanied Wolfe to the ring for her match against IYO SKY, where the two would work together for her partner to pull off the upset victory over SKY. IYO would get a measure of revenge against Sanada when they competed in a singles match the following week, where SKY was victorious. Zoey was then defeated the next week by Rhea Ripley.They returned to tag team action on the September 1st edition of Monday Night RAW, competing in a losing effort against The Kabuki Warriors. Sanada would return to singles success the following week, however, as she picked up a victory over Lyra Valkyria. This started a small feud between them, as Valkyria would then face off against Wolfe the following week, where she picked up the victory when the threat of Sakura Sanada was neutralized by Bayley coming to help her out. Wolfe and Bayley met in a singles match one week later, with Bayley picking up the victory, before Sakura would score one over Bayley the week after.Zoey would finally pick up a victory over one of their two rivals when she defeated Valkyria on the October 6th episode of Monday Night RAW, and the two pairs would finally face off in tag team action one week later, where Bayley & Valkyria overcame the odds to defeat the more experienced team.
